Pleated Filter Elements
Main filter media of pleated filter elements are stainless steel sintered fiber mesh and stainless steel weaving wire mesh.
Stainless steel sintered fiber web is a kind of stainless steel media, sintered into a grade proe structure at the high temperature. The filter elements enjoy the advantage of high porosity, large filter area and good dirt holding capacity, and can also be used repeatly after chemical cleaning and so on.
Stainless steel weaving wire mesh is weaved with stainless steel wire. These filter elements have such characteristics of good strength, fastness, easy cleaning, high temperature resistance, low cost and so on.
Filter rating range from 3 to 200 microns are availlable,the sizes is available at customer’s requirement.
Application : Mainly used in filtration of high molecular polymer, drug, hydraulic oil, water treatment, hot gas etc.

Description
Cylinder Filter Element: Main filter medium of cylindrical filter elements is Five-Layer Sintered Wire Mesh, with filter rating is from 0.5 to 200micron. The size can produce on request.
Five-layer sintered wire mesh consists of five layers of stainless steel mesh, which are sintered together in vacuum. Cylindrical filter elements boast of good permeability, easy cleaning, high strength, good corrosion resistance, so durable at work, no immigration of materials.
Application: Cylinder Filter Element are widely used in filtration of polyester, oil products, chemical industial products, pharmaceutics, also can used in filtration of water and gas.
